SBI PO Mains Exam Date 2025
The preliminary SBI PO selection process is complete, and the successful candidates will move on to the main round of testing. The SBI PO Mains Exam 2025 is a computer-based test that lasts three hours and thirty minutes and consists of objective and descriptive papers.
The SBI PO mains exam date is expected to be April/May 2025. Applicants for the position of probationary officer are chosen based on their combined grades from the main exam and the interview. Call letters, including reporting time and shift timings, will be available on the official website after the release of the SBI PO Mains Exam Date. A notification regarding the exam date will be sent out 7–10 days before the exam.

Shift Timings for SBI PO Main Exam 2025
There is just 1 shift for the SBI PO Mains Exam, which is from 8:30 AM to 12 PM, in contrast to the prelims exam. While most exams require students to report 1 hour before start time, we recommend arriving at the centre at least thirty minutes early.

SBI PO Selection Process
Only applicants who pass the prelims will be eligible for the mains exam, and those who pass in the mains are eligible for the interview phase. The SBI PO Exam 2025 comprises three stages:
- Preliminary Examination — 100 marks, objective-format online assessment.
- Mains Examination – 250 marks, comprising both objective and descriptive evaluations.
- Group Discussion/Interview Round – The final stage before selection.

Eligibility Criteria for SBI PO 2025
To be eligible for the SBI PO 2025 Exam, the candidate must satisfy the following two criteria:
Educational Requirements for SBI PO Main Exam (30/04/2025)
The candidate must possess a degree in any field from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government. Individuals currently in the final year/semester of their graduation may also submit a provisional application; however, they must provide evidence of passing the graduation examination if they are invited to participate in an interview.
Candidates with an Integrated Dual Degree (IDD) certificate must verify that the IDD’s completion date is consistent with the notification. Candidates with Chartered Accountant certification are also eligible to register.
Age Limit for SBI PO Mains Exam (as on 01/04/2024)
The candidate must be between the ages of 21 and 30, inclusive, which means they must have been born between April 2, 1994, and April 1, 2003.
