The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the tentative vacancy list for two major examinations—SSC Junior Engineer (JE) 2025 and SSC Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) 2025. As per the notice available on the official website ssc.gov.in, 3131 vacancies have been announced for SSC CHSL and 1731 vacancies for SSC JE across multiple departments and ministries.
Candidates who have registered for either exam can now view the department-wise and category-wise breakdown of vacancies.

The total number of posts for SSC JE 2025 has been revised from 1340 to 1731. The vacancies are spread across departments such as the Border Roads Organisation (BRO), Central Public Works Department (CPWD), Military Engineer Services (MES), and others.
