The Andhra Pradesh School Education Department has officially released the AP DSC Vacancy 2025 Notification, opening up 16,347 teaching vacancies across the state. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online at cse.ap.gov.in from April 20 to May 15, 2025.

District-Wise Teaching Vacancies Available

This recruitment drive is part of the Mega DSC initiative, targeting multiple teaching and administrative roles. Candidates must apply for vacancies in their respective districts. The recruitment covers several key positions, including:

  • Secondary Grade Teachers (SGT): 6,371 posts
  • School Assistants (SA): 7,725 posts
  • Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT): 1,781 posts
  • Postgraduate Teachers (PGT): 286 posts
  • Principals: 52 posts
  • Physical Education Teachers (PET): 132 posts

Eligibility and Selection Process

Applicants must have qualified AP TET to be eligible. The selection process includes:

  • 80% weightage to the TRT score
  • 20% weightage to the AP TET score
  • Personal Interview and Document Verification

A final merit list will determine the selection of candidates.

AP Education Minister Nara Lokesh confirmed the notification on platform X, highlighting that while the initial release was scheduled for November 6, it was officially published on April 20, 2025.
